Besides being a DJ, ClassicKat (Kayley) is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and actor. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a BFA in Dance Education. She teaches dance to all ages at dance studios and is a substitute teacher in public schools. Since 2016, she has been the director of ClassicalFusionDance company.

In her spare time, she runs two Youtube channels dedicated to the careers of her two favorite entertainers Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, along with her film podcast The Total Film-Critic which also premieres on Spotify and her youtube channel. She loves watching movies and discussing them, especially classic films from the 1920s-60s.

ClassicKat has always loved music, especially 1960’s music from the age of 7. Her love of music and music history came in handy when she was asked to be a presenter on a friend’s online radio station. This opened up a new world of possibilities and another side career path, as she discovered she had a hidden talent as a radio personality. She has been a DJ since June 2020 and also worked in social media, media editing, and communicating with independent artists at Modern Retro Radio. She is excited to bring her knowledge, passion, and voice to the QSKY radio family.
